Now days, everybody is under stress.  Stress is a mental tension which arises due to difficulties in life.  Stress is manageable.  Stress comes from within.
Stress Management:
At times, we find unable to deal with situation, we feel under stress.  Prolonged stress may result into the various diseases.  Main diseases caused by stress are Heart attack, high blood pressure, low blood pressure, paralysis etc.  If the stress is not managed timely, it causes more difficulties and consequences.  Also, immune power of our body is reduced drastically.  Resultantly, people go for suicide or commit crimes.  For example, a person wants out of his home after struggling and started driving car.  His mind was in full of tension.  His body was stressed and gradually, he lost control of vehicle and met with a road accident and died on the spot.  This accident could be avoided and managed well. Stress management can be effectively managed by self control.  Our attention or focus is to be diverted towards the interesting subjects.  For doing so, one can do yoga exercises, meditation.  To overcome stress, take it as swimming learning exercise.  In the beginning, you feel afraid gradually you start controlling body and breadth and later you become master and feel enjoying.  Hence, when you enter home, forget of outside world because home is like an ointment for all sufferings.  Also, do not mix up your house and office affairs together to manage the stress.
In the process of stress management try to change your attitude, divert your mind to creative and beneficial activities.  Learn to smile as smile fits all size.  All people smile in same language.  Thus stress can be managed very well.

15 Tips to overcome Stress

.           Deep Breathe: Have three to five times deep breadths to overcome the stress. As stress is a short term state of mind.  To breathe deeply inhale slowly through nose and hold the breathe for maximum time one can hold easily and exhale very slowly without making sound.  Repeat this three to five times and one will feel very light and happy mind state.
2.         Divert Attention:          Close both eyes and sit in a relaxed position.  Take three long deep breaths and try to visualize the relaxing scene.
3.         Learn to say No:                     Sometimes we did not want to refuse a job or task to our seniors, but trying to do everything is a one-way ticket to serious stress.  Be clear to your limits and stop pleasing everyone on cost of stress to yourself.
4.         Have a Pet:     Having a pet (Dog/Puppy/Kitten) will reduce the blood pressure.  If you don’t have a pet, visit a friend’s house.   Petting an animal for just a couple of minutes helps relieve stress.
5.         Say Cheese:   Smiling is a two-way mechanism. “Smiling transmits nerve impulses from the facial muscles to the limbic system, a key emotional center in the brain, tilting the neurochemical balance toward calm,” We do it when we’re relaxed and happy, but doing it can also make us feel relaxed and happy.   So it better to say cheese at times when we get free time, this must be indulged in our daily way of life.
6.         Do some numerical:    When it is felt that some stress is heavy on you just start doing some mathematical calculations (these must not be of your bank statements).  It is simple if you start counting 1 to 10.
7.         Recite some Mantra:  “Affirmations are a good way to silence the self-critical voice we all carry with us that only adds to our stress,” The next time you feel as if your life is one disaster after another, repeat 10 times, “I feel calm. I can handle this.” Or recite ‘Gayatri Mantra’.
8.         Have some snacks:   Foods that are high in carbohydrates stimulate the release of serotonin, feel-good brain chemicals that help induce calm.  This not only increases your metabolism also divert your intention towards positive attitude.
9.         Have fun with Partner:                       If sex has been on the bottom of your to-do list for too long, move it to the top. . Make a date with your mate, and don’t let anything get in the way.  Sex increases levels of endorphins, those mood-boosting chemicals in the brain, and it’s one of the best total-body relaxers around.
10.       Have a cup of Tea:     If stress is becoming heavy on your shoulders and you start feeling stressed, then try a cup of tea it will not only reduce the stress also give you the better ideas to overcome the situations.
11.       Share your problems with your lovings:                     If you are struck with a problem that is out of your control and finding no solution for that, it is better to share with your friends.  Sometime they may suggest you the better idea to overcome or you might came to know the solution during the discussion.
12.       Stretch yourself:         You must stretch once a day if you are in job of sitting full time in an air-conditioned cabin. Muscles tighten during the course of the day, and when we feel stressed out, the process accelerates. Stretching loosens muscles and encourages deep breathing. The one of the greatest stress-relieving stretches is a yoga position called the child pose, which stretches the back muscles. On a rug or mat, kneel, sit back on your heels, then lean forward and put your forehead on the floor and your arms alongside your legs, palms up. Hold for one to three minutes.
13.       Do Yoga:         Doing Yoga is just like prevention is better than cure. If a day starts with Yoga, the whole day will be fully energetic.  It strengthens our eternal parts to fight against any sort of issues like mental as well as physical stress.
14.       Plan your Future:        Sometimes sudden requirement of extra money may create stressfulness.  To overcome the uncertain illness or financial crises try to insure all your lovings as well your projects, also put some fund in secure investment plans which will help you in emergency.
15.       Engage Yourself:        It is better to engage yourself in some creativity or develop some hobby like reading a book, gardening, listening music or playing a musical instrument. Gardening is one of the best hobbies.  Tending your garden helps get you out of your head and lets you commune with nature, a known stress reliever. If you’re not a gardener, tend to a houseplant. Plants = growth = cycle of life, a nice reminder that stress, too, will pass.
